How it works:

1. Every $DOMAIN trade pays a 3.5% tax. 90% goes to the treasury, 10% to the team.
2. The team picks domains and seals each pick on-chain as a hash. Nobody can front-run a hash.
3. After buying, the team reveals the name and the treasury contract checks it against the seal.
4. Sealed money is capped at 25% of the treasury. Picks must be revealed within 14 days, and unspent money goes back.
5. Every domain sits in a multisig held by the team and Flap.
6. Every domain is for sale. Holders vote on each sale, and the multisig carries it out after a 48-hour public delay.
7. Holders vote on proceeds: buy more domains, or buy back and burn $DOMAIN.
